OUR STORY

Born from legacy. Created with meaning.

The name NIRVAA comes from the idea of Nirvana in Jain philosophy — a state of liberation, peace and freedom from excess. That meaning stayed with me because, in many ways, it reflects the kind of jewelry brand I wanted to create.

Something refined, not loud. Meaningful, not excessive. Luxurious, but never unreasonable.

And that idea comes from a world I have known for most of my life. For nearly two decades, diamonds have been a part of our family. Long before NIRVAA existed, my father built Parshvnath Gems and Jewels, a B2B natural diamond jewelry business based in Delhi.

I grew up around that world. Around conversations about diamonds, gold, craftsmanship, settings, quality and value. Around jewelry being created quietly behind the scenes before eventually becoming a part of someone else's celebration, milestone or memory.

Over the years, I also saw something that most customers never get to see. I saw how jewelry is actually made. How diamonds are selected. How pieces are priced. And how different the true value of a piece can sometimes be from the price eventually placed in front of a customer.

A new generation. A different perspective.

As I grew older, I began looking at the industry through a different lens. Being part of a new generation, I saw people wanting jewelry that felt more personal, more wearable and more expressive. They wanted better design. They wanted transparency. They wanted to understand what they were paying for.

Yet the market increasingly seemed to offer two extremes. On one side were lab-grown diamonds, making larger stones and new cuts far more accessible. On the other were natural diamond brands where the price of fine jewelry often felt disconnected from the jewelry itself.

And because I had grown up on the B2B side of this industry, I knew there had to be another way. I believed natural diamond jewelry could still feel aspirational without feeling inaccessible. That beautiful design did not need an unreasonable mark-up. And that luxury should come from the quality of what you own — not simply from the name printed on the box.

That belief became NIRVAA.

Where legacy meets what comes next.

NIRVAA is my attempt to take the knowledge my father has built over almost two decades and bring it directly to a new generation of customers. A meeting point between experience and a fresh perspective. Between legacy and modern design. Between emotion and value.

For us, a natural diamond is special not because it is simply expensive, but because of what it is. Created by nature over an extraordinary amount of time. Rare. Individual. And eventually chosen to become part of a human story.

A ring that marks a beginning. A pendant bought with your first salary. A gift from someone you love. A piece you buy for yourself simply because you have reached a moment worth remembering.

Jewelry has always been about more than jewelry. It carries people, places and moments with it. And the pieces that matter most often stay with us long after the moment in which they were bought. Sometimes, they even move from one generation to the next.

Perhaps that is what makes NIRVAA especially personal to me. Because this brand itself began the same way.

Built on experience. Designed for what comes next.

NIRVAA brings together nearly two decades of experience in natural diamond jewelry with a fresh perspective on what modern fine jewelry should feel like.

Natural diamonds. Fine gold. Thoughtful design. Honest value.

Jewelry made to be worn today, remembered tomorrow, and treasured for years to come.

We are not here to reinvent the diamond.

We are here to rethink the way you experience one.
