NIRVAA offers lifetime exchange and buyback on eligible jewelry purchased directly from us, subject to the terms and valuation criteria outlined below.

How our lifetime policy works

  • Lifetime Exchange


    Eligible NIRVAA jewelry may be exchanged for another piece from our collection. The exchange value is determined using the prevailing value of the eligible gold and natural diamonds at the time of evaluation, subject to inspection by NIRVAA.

  • Lifetime Buyback


    Eligible NIRVAA jewelry may be returned to us under our lifetime buyback program. The buyback value is determined using the prevailing value of the eligible gold and natural diamonds at the time of evaluation, subject to inspection by NIRVAA.

*Prevailing value is determined by NIRVAA based on the applicable value on the date the jewelry is received and evaluated.

Important Information

  1. Lifetime exchange and buyback are applicable only to eligible NIRVAA jewelry purchased directly from NIRVAA.
  2. The original invoice or order details must be provided when requesting an exchange or buyback.
  3. Where applicable, the original diamond certificate must accompany the jewelry.
  4. All jewelry submitted for exchange or buyback will undergo a quality inspection by NIRVAA before the final valuation is determined.
  5. Jewelry that has been altered, resized, repaired or modified by a third party may not be eligible for exchange or buyback.
  6. Missing, damaged or replaced diamonds, gemstones or components may affect eligibility and the final valuation.
  7. Making charges, taxes and other charges paid at the time of purchase are not included when determining the prevailing value of the jewelry.
  8. Discounts, vouchers or promotional benefits applied to the original purchase may be adjusted when calculating the final exchange or buyback value.
  9. Customized, personalized or special-order jewelry is not eligible for return, exchange or buyback.
  10. Final eligibility and valuation will be determined by NIRVAA following inspection of the jewelry.

Shipping & Insurance


Eligible jewelry being sent to NIRVAA for exchange or buyback must follow the return process communicated by our team. Where reverse pickup is arranged by NIRVAA, any applicable shipping, insurance or processing charges will be communicated before collection.
